Always look for a response in forums first, this will help reduce the amount of incoming e-mail and help us increase our response times. - Keep in mind that we will not discuss strategy/formulas in an e-mail, this kind of thing should be done amongst players. - If your concern is about your account not working, consider checking the account status before sending your e-mail. - Please clearly indicate your issue in the subject, e-mails with subjects such as "Hey" or "DopeWars" will be disregarded as spam. Please be clear, use subjects such as "I cannot login to my dopewars account" The following is an example of an actual e-mail we've recieved: " i typed in my correct password but the site won't let me in Please help!!!!!!!!!!!" Without a username, or game name, or absolutely any account info (except for the fact that the password doesn't work for the account), we cannot do anything for this player, out response was simply: "What is your username/player number and game?" Please save yourself and us that time by composing e-mails with all the needed data such as the following: "Dear Support, My account appears to be been put on hold as indicated by the status page.
